SEV Summary:
Sunrise Events Vietnam organizes some of the most well-recognized mass participation sporting events in Vietnam, such as the Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City International Marathon and the VinFast IRONMAN 70.3 Vietnam in Da Nang. We specialize in end-to-end experiences that bring together local governments, corporate partners, and consumers to promote active lifestyles and sports tourism throughout Vietnam.
Covering everything from conceptualization to event day, we have built a track record of delivering large-scale, signature, and multi-year events that have garnered local and international media coverage and recognition, provided value to the communities we serve, and expanded the health and wellness ecosystem in Vietnam.

Sunrise Events Vietnam (SEV) is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support our HR Leader. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to various HR functions and a chance to develop your skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment:
Assist in posting job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media.
Screen resumes, shortlist potential candidates, and schedule interviews.
Participate in candidate interviews, taking notes, and providing feedback.
Support the selection process, including extending job offers and coordinating onboarding procedures.
2. Training & Development:
Assist in organizing internal training sessions, including preparing materials and managing participant lists.
Support the monitoring and evaluation of training program effectiveness.
Contribute to the development of training content and materials for employee development programs.
Assist in the periodic performance review process, including data collection and processing.
Help prepare reports and analyze performance evaluation results.
Participate in projects aimed at improving the performance management process.
4. Internal Communication & Engagement:
Support the organization of internal events, such as team-building activities, employee meetings, and other initiatives.
Assist in handling employee grievances and labor relations issues.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate and secure information management.
5. HR Administration & Policy:
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including managing files, contracts, and other documentation.
Participate in the development and updating of HR policies.
Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance with HR policies and procedures.
6. Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
Assist in gathering and entering data related to employees.
Help track and manage employee benefits programs, such as insurance, leave policies, and other benefits.

Skills and qualifications:
Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, English, or related fields.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Excellent command of the English language.

Practical experience through similar internships is an advantage.
