Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address workforce needs, such as recruitment, training, and succession planning
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in both the Manufacturing and Services industries
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Supervisor
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement
