HSE SpecialistSGS VIETNAM Ltd.

- Working as ISO Specialist to build and control HSE documents aligns with SGS Group policies, guidelines, directives and applicable local legislative requirements for ensure effective implementation program with HSE Manager.
- Coordinating and supporting HSE departments and Divisions in drafting processes, regulations, 5S implementing, work instructions, SOP etc. Updating, reviewing and editing HSE documents according to ISO 45001; ISO 14001 standards
- Developing regulations related to sanctions for violations of standards (According to each level).
- Inspecting and supervising SGS laboratory and Site, departments implementation of processes, regulations, regulations, work instructions, forms.
- Conducting and planning the internal audits.
- Preparing the necessary documents for specific assessment. (HSE Campaign, Audit with Outline).
- Receiving evaluations from the audit parties, 3rd parties. Preparing and organizing the necessary documents and materials.
- Representatives of HSE/OI Department to communicate with other departments and Business Unit about new standards, requirements, procedures and guidelines (if any).
- Ensuring the updating with changes to the ISO System as the request of the Managements Board. Support preparing data for Management Review Overall in charge of Global APP on Safety (Bright-Miles, Intelex, Fire Safety ...) driving on training and deploying
