With the mission to be a strategic partner, our Human Resources Department provides various activities and policy directions to attract, develop, retain, and engage employees. As a Human Resources Executive at Cốc Cốc, you'll support critical aspects of our HR function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate recruitment from defining skill needs to hiring;
- Screen potential hires, and assist them through the interview and hiring process;
- Implement the HR processes: on-boarding, off-boarding, etc;
- Support internal events to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture;
- Take part in activities to promote the Company's employer branding;
- Support training activities: instructional materials, aids, reports, and manuals;
- Other duties assigned by direct management.
REQUIREMENTS
Required skills:
- 1 year of experience in the Human Resource industry;
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel);
- Diligent and result oriented.
Soft skills:
- Fast learning and eager to learn new things
- Good communication skills both in English and Vietnamese
- Good teamwork /time management /organizational skills.
