Based on an understanding of business strategy, environment, organization, and people, the job design and operation of HR systems such as recruitment, evaluation, compensation, promotion, duties, training, and key talents
Contribute to the creation of organizational performance and the improvement of members' competencies by preemptively deriving HR Implication in the areas of evaluation, compensation, promotion, duties, and key talents, and providing optimal HR solutions.
Design and operation of evaluation/promotion/compensation system
Evaluation/Promotion/Compensation System Issues Discovery and Improvement Plan
Evaluation operation (performance evaluation, competency evaluation)
Compensation operations (fixed salary, PI, allowances, benefits)
Promotion Operation (Regular Promotion)
Job system design/operation
Management of job system (establishment, abolition, integration, separation, etc.)
