POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
COMPETENCIES (knowledge, skills, and abilities)
1. Qualifications and knowledge
- Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably in majors related to Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, and Event Management (Other majors are still eligible for the position)
- Knowledge about Marketing and Communication in an educational environment is preferred
2. Related experiences
- Literacy in various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and knowledge about event management
- Experience working in university student clubs/societies/student organisations in the Communication/Public Relations department, a Vice President, or a President is a plus
3. Key skills and abilities
- Strong PR writing skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator/Video editing/ Photography skills are a plus)
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Innovation and creativity skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
