Mô tả công việc
- Develop a thorough understanding of business processes in scope for assigned audits.
- Perform audit tests and prepare working papers.
- Identify and document control and process weaknesses and provide evidential support for findings.
- Organize and reference work papers for review by Supervisor and Head of IA.
- Participate in closing meetings with auditee at the end of fieldwork and providing clear explanations for identified issues.
- Supporting and assisting IA Manager North in the development of annual IA plan and contributing to safeguarding of company assets by ensuring that appropriate controls are in place and operating effectively
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated with major in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Can communicate English
- Knowledge of principles and practices of accounting and auditing and their application to the Company system.
- Well develop analytical skills.
- Strong inter-personal skills, including an ability to work harmoniously in a multi-cultural environment in the Company.
- Ability to conduct and manage audit in accordance with the company's SOP and policies.
- Ability to analyze information, identify problems and work independently.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
