NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH/ MAIN TASK
Participate in building, implementing and maintaining management systems according to ISO standards (Except ISO17025)
Coordinate the implementation and integration of other management systems according to international standards for the Company.
Collaborate with departments and departments heads to work with state agencies and certification body related to system management.
Participate in evaluating and selecting raw material suppliers.
Carry out product self-announcements and standard/regulation conformity announcements in accordance with legal requirements.
Update and implement laws related to food safety in assigned markets.
Verify corrective and preventive actions and evaluate the effectiveness after corrective and preventive measures against nonconformities in materials/subcontractor services related to food quality, safety and hygiene, sales finished product, finished product.
Check product packaging information for compliance with legal requirements.
Verify and evaluate the application and effectiveness of the issued document system.
Perform reviews of documents related to the assigned quality management system.
Coordinate with the Sale department to provide information related to the quality management system, food safety and hygiene to customers.

Writing and issuing the regulatory documents to serve the goal of ensuring quality at assigned sites.
Participating in internal audits or unexpected inspections at production units.
Monitoring units to take corrective and preventive actions for detected issues that affect the quality and safety of the system's operations.
Require Units to provide evidence demonstrating the suitability of the processes handled.
Propose improvements to control processes with the goal of improving product quality to meet customer needs.
When detecting non-conformity with laws, food regulations or having a serious impact on quality and food safety, notify the competent authority of the relevant unit..
