Now we are looking for IT Executive:
1) Objective of the function:
• Local IT support for plant in Vietnam
• 1st Level Support for both locations in Vietnam
• Coordination of 2nd Level Support with IT Competence Center in Bangladesh / IT headquarter in Germany
• Supervisor for all IT activities during plant construction following the guidelines defined by Global IT
2.) Main responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth operations of Internet Service Provider (ISP) and internal fiber network infrastructure.
• Provide support and maintenance for Servers, Network Switch, and user-end devices, including computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Oversee the functionality and troubleshooting of imaging & printing services
• Manage and support to unified communication platforms to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
• Maintain and troubleshoot security surveillance systems & HR clocking devices.
• Support to the production systems
• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for end-users to resolve IT-related
issues promptly
