The Job
- Yearly budget planning, projects planning and execute software development and enhancement projects
- Research, review and implement projects to improve work performance by applying new IT techniques
- Provide suggestions for optimizing business in related IT systems
- Manage/handle stakeholders to define requirements and give recommendations on IT perspectives;
- Manage/handle to decide project scope/functionalities, cost estimation, and planning;
- Preparing a detailed project plan / WBS to schedule key project timeline & activities.
- Manage/handle changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs;
- Communicate with in-house development team or IT outsourcing vendor to identify, track, manage, prevent and resolve any project issues that may occur;
- Effectively communicate and report on project status with senior management and key stakeholders. Escalate as needed;
- Manage/handle all states of software development project life cycle;
- Ensure development process adhere to company policies and procedures;
- Ensure all project documents and properly managed, updated and stored;
- Periodically review and improve software development process;
- Review and evaluate IT staffs performance based on pre-defined KPIs
- Other activities assigned by IT General Manager.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven experiences for settlement development of Point Management System (Mandatory requirement);
- Experienced in Fintech companies;
- Ability to act flexibly in response to orders from affiliated stores;
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science;
- Certificate related to IT field is a plus;
- Excellent understanding of Software Development lifecycle;
- Minimum 10+ years working experience in IT industry. At least 5+ year as project manager;
- Good English level (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely);
- Basic knowledge in programming languages;
- Basic knowledge on database such as database schema and simple SQL query;
- Basic understanding about Operating system Windows, Linux and Networking;
