We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Vietnam. This position will work closely with the Joola headquarters design teams in the U.S. and Korea, collaborating to maintain Joola's brand standards and elevate our visual presence in Vietnam's growing pickleball community. This role requires a passion for sports, particularly pickleball, along with proven design experience and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration with Global Design Teams: Coordinate with Joola's design teams in the U.S. and Korea to ensure visual materials align with global brand standards and current designs.
Facility Coordination: Work with pickleball facilities to obtain accurate measurements and customize designs for banners, advertising boards, and other displays.
Banner and Advertising Design: Design banners, billboards, and advertising materials based on brand guidelines, tailoring designs to each location's requirements.
Printing Coordination: Collaborate with printing vendors to ensure high-quality production, correct sizing, and proper materials. Oversee the installation process at venues.
Event and Tournament Collateral: Design event materials (e.g., brochures, leaflets) to engage the pickleball audience and support promotional efforts at tournaments and events.
Digital Design: Create online banners, digital ads, and content for social media, email campaigns, and websites, ensuring visual consistency with Joola's brand.
