Responsibilities
Office Setup: Coordinate the logistics of setting up the company's office in Vietnam, including leasing office space, procuring office equipment, and managing vendor relationships.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Compliance Management: Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations in Vietnam, including tax, labor, and corporate governance matters.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to legal, administrative, and compliance matters.
Accounting Firms: Collaborate with external partners such as legal and accounting firms to ensure all legal and financial matters are handled effectively
Experience in handling import and export documents.
