- Proficient in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of the education industry and lead generation models, preferably in an online to offline context.
- Can-do attitude with a critical thinking mindset.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinking to develop effective advertising strategies.
- Technical SEO knowledge and the ability to perform audits and implement improvements.
- Strong research skills to understand customer behavior and optimize ad targeting.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
