Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities related to finance and data.
Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and organize documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status reports as requested by the line manager.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business unit teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues.
Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to keep projects on track.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to project managers, including managing calendars, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
Reporting: Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations to communicate progress to stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving project processes and administrative workflows.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles. Basic understanding of financial principles and practices is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles. Basic understanding of financial principles and practices is a plus.
