Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance, support users in queries as well as issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and networking.
Set up the necessary computers, IT devices and ensure they always function well as expected.
Resolve issues including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
Support team members in tasks related to IT department and its management.
Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
Responsible for PC's, Printers, Servers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.).
Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
Assist with onboarding of new users.
Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
Report to your direct manager as required.

Yêu cầu
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in related field.
At least 1 year of experience working in IT Helpdesk/Support.
Good knowledge of Local-Area-Networking, Wide-Area-Networking, Virtual Private Network, Firewall, Anti-Virus solution.
Familiar with hardware troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining server, PC, networking equipment, other IT related equipment's (telecom, mobile...).
Ability to learn new technologies/knowledge.
Strictly follow IT processes.
Ability to work with basic shell scripts/programming languages to improve the efficiency of the IT processes/systems.
Have Certificates: MCSA, Office 365, LPI, CCNA is a huge plus.
Be able to communicate in English.
Proactive, friendly, and teamwork oriented, as well as able to work under pressure.
