As a Junior Project Consultant, you will support the team in developing and executing projects while expanding The Water Agency's reach in Vietnam. You will engage in diverse activities, offering a great opportunity to enhance your professional business and communication skills, learn about international collaboration, and build your local and international reputation.
Responsibilities
Proactively collaborate with the team in project planning, execution, and completion.
Organise meetings, events, and logistics within the project cycle.
Support the development of materials for marketing and communication platforms.
Assist in report writing and external communication with clients and partners.
Build and develop stakeholder mapping throughout the project cycle.
Gather insights and trends to support program research and development.
Contribute to identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
Qualifications
A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree from any discipline, or preferably with 1-2 years of work experience.
Passionate about water and climate issues, with a desire to contribute to a sustainable water sector and create positive social impacts.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both spoken and written. International experience is a bonus.
Capable of developing and maintaining working relationships with communities, youth, and other stakeholders.
Able to work independently and collaborate within a dynamic international team.
Enthusiastic, creative, and proactive in problem-solving.
Willing and able to travel on a regular basis.
Location: Vietnam (Preferably based in Ho Chi Minh City)
Working Conditions: A combination of remote work and regular in-person meetups with the local team.
