Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our social media, blog content, and SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing engaging content and building strong online communities across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, as well as optimizing our web content for search engines. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Create compelling content, schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to increase visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation & Blogging: Produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content for our blog. Topics should align with our brand identity and audience interests, aiming to educate, entertain, and engage.
SEO Strategy: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor analytics to adjust strategies as needed.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track and report on the performance of digital marketing activities. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, social media tools, and algorithm changes to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
