Mô tả công việc
Provide timely and comprehensive technical support to customers using our barge operating software via email, chat, phone, and ticketing system;
Collaborate with internal development and product teams to resolve technical issues;
Actively participate in the software implementation process;
Monitor software usage & proactively identify potential issues, participating in the continuous improvement of software quality and reliability (manual E2E testing);
Assist in the roll-out of new software versions by writing test documents, assisting in User Acceptance tests, ensuring application configurations, and communicating release notes;
Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system;
Provide occasional after-hours and weekend support.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree (required), affinity with logistics/supply chain;
Minimum one year of experience in Software development;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences;
Proficient in written and English communication;
Able to write the test cases, and make a test plan;
Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus;
Experience Testing API Using Postman, SQL, database warehouse is a plus.
Minimum one year of experience in Software development;
