LAOS - Production & Sustainability Executive
- Job title: Production & Sustainability Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
Product Maintenance:
- Regularly inspect, review, and update existing products in all databases (factsheets, program texts, ERP, and Dropbox).
- Coordinate with the Quality Department and Operation Department for regular product evaluations.
- Suggest updates or removal of current products based on quality control reports.
Product Development:
- Help the Production Manager research, create, and launch new products that align with market trends.
- Help the Production Manager develop a diverse range of products (FIT/GIT/SIC/Series, thematic tours, combination-country tours).
- Ensure new products adhere to Easia Travel's principles and certifications.
Support Training:
- Assist in preparing and implementing training sessions for the Operations, Sales, and Reservation departments.
- Develop tools to support Sales and Operations teams.
- Update our Training tool on Easia Academy for Laos destination products
Support:
- Provide advice to the Sales team for special or difficult client requests.
- Coordinate with Operations to verify logistics and recommend alternative tour options.
- Update Marketing with new product factsheets and images.
- Ensure smooth operation of the ERP system with the Database team.
Major Duties:
- Attend weekly team meetings.
- Join inspection trips and escort client FAM trips as necessary.
- Participate in training courses to enhance skills and performance.
- Engage actively in the evaluation process of the department and the company.
Communication:
Reports:
- Inspection reports, monthly and annual product reports.
Internal:
- Regular communication with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Contracting, Quality Control, Admin and HR, Training and Development, and Internal Control departments.
External:
- Engage with suppliers, including hotels, homestays, and vehicle providers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Competencies:
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of the tourism field, hotel, and tourism management.
- Creative, dynamic, and knowledgeable destinations in Laos.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook. PPT).
- Good planning and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a pleasant personality, positive attitude, and open-mindedness.
- Education:
- BA or MA in Hotel, Tourism, Foreign Languages, or related fields is beneficial but not required.
Experience:
- At least one year of experience in a similar position is valued but not mandatory.
WHAT WE OFFER
Working time
- Monday-Friday from 8h30-12h00 and 13h30-17h30
- Off two days per week (Sat and Sun)
- Around 15 days annual leave and 13 days public holiday proved /year
