Leader/Senior Java Backend Developer Spring, Database

• Design the system, Consulting and providing solutions from the requirements of the project manager or owner.
• Develop the backend services of our core and features - from infrastructure to our logic, in Java
• Manage members in the project, assign tasks to members.
• Execute full software development lifecycle: architect, design, impleourment, test (Unit, Integration & Manual testing), deploy and monitor.
• Develop microservice-based distributed systems, both from scratch and by decomposing legacy components.
• Investigate and solve production issues.
• Ensure stability, security, performance and architectural cleanliness of our system.
• Push and develop efficiency initiatives for our dev teams and the whole pipeline.

• B.Sc in Computer Science or other equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Java skills and object-oriented design experiences
• Good communication
