Mô tả công việc
- Job Summary:
The Learning & Development Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and implementing the learning and development initiatives within the company. He / she will work closely with the HR department and Supervisors to identify training needs, design, and develop training programs, and ensure effective delivery of these programs. The Learning & Development Supervisor will also manage a team of trainers and facilitators, ensuring professional growth and adherence to quality standards.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with managers and supervisors to identify and assess training needs across the company.
+ Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs, materials, and resources, utilizing various formats such as classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
+ Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions to address these gaps.
+ Ensure training programs align with organizational goals, business objectives, and industry best practices.
+ Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training programs, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and effectively.
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to measure the impact on employee performance and overall organizational success.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in learning and development methodologies and incorporate new techniques and technologies into training programs as appropriate.
+ Manage a team of trainers and facilitators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
+ Collaborate with external training providers, consultants, and vendors to leverage external expertise and resources when needed.
+ Develop and maintain training budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes to management.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to training and development activities.
+ Act as a trainer to deliver soft skills training sessions for staff, focusing on areas such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and emotional intelligence.

Yêu cầu
- Skills and Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in learning and development, preferably at a supervisory level.
+ Good command in English both verbal & oral.
+ Have more than 5 years of working in the training field.
+ Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
