Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing Officer.
- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: 8:30 - 17:30, Monday - Friday
- Report to: Team Leader
JOB SUMMARY: Enforce the commercial leasing activities for the new and renovation projects of shopping malls ; proactively fill up all vacant areas and carry out Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals timely to ensure best profit for company.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Develop shopping mall business by implementing leasing activities smoothly as per team leader's allocation. Ensure knowledge about retail market well-updated through surveys and analysis to support sub-team to fulfill leasing work as targets.
2. Proactively explore new tenant's interest to increase database and select suitable ones to ensure best tenancy mix and profitable for the shopping malls
3. Meeting with tenants and negotiate to achieve best profit for company and establish relationship with tenants.
4. Making Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, reports,..
5. Follow up with tenants during fit-out period to assure opening date. Coordinate with related departments to solve tenants 'problem when needed
6. Make analysis of SSE tenants' business (sales/rent) for current malls and new ideas for future mall development.
