Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date on laws and regulations affecting the fashion retail industry including e-commerce.
Composing official letters and correspondence on behalf of the company.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Providing legal guidance on marketing campaigns, promotions, and other advertising activities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address legal issues and support business objectives.
Contributing to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Other legal requirements/supports within the Company designed by Line Manager or BOD

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in law.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a Legal Executive role in retail or e-commerce businesses.
In-depth knowledge of law related to e-commerce, legal compliance, risk management, and contract law.
Preferred Skills
Highly integrity and ethical conduct.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficient in using legal English (in presenting documents)
Proficient in English (communication).
Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
