Evaluate all contracts and legal documents signed with partners, participate in negotiations and discussions to ensure compliance with legal regulations as well as the company's internal policies.
Assess, review, and monitor the legality of any modifications, additions, or changes.
Carry out administrative procedures for companies and projects (automotive technology, educational technology, etc.) under the group (modifications to business registration, foreign investment, periodic reports on investment and labor activities, etc.).
Review the standard contract framework to ensure that the terms comply with current legal regulations and align with the company's internal policies.
Review and modify contracts with domestic and international partners (including sales contracts, service agreements, payment contracts, business cooperation agreements, etc.).
Responsible for reviewing legal documents on the company's digital platform (such as privacy policies, user policies, etc.).
Responsible for checking and reviewing legal regulations to address issues arising during company operations.
Monitor the system to identify potential legal risks, report to Board of Director, and propose solutions and measures to prevent and mitigate risks in business activities.
Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager.
