• Following exportation goods for some customers in Europe, US, Asia ...• Connecting with Commercial dept, Production dept... in order to get exported planning and shipping instruction.• Place booking with forwarder, submit booking and make SI on system of forwarders, follow to have Booking confirmation.• Declare custom declaration sheet on ECUS5 VNACSSS system.• Sending export planning to warehouse accounting dept to have deliver bill for export .• Booking truck, container, send export notice to warehouse, shipping team to deliver to port, airport on time.• Making shipping document on system: SAP, SCAF , customer's system send to customer, accounting dept .• Making preferential C/O form: EVFTA, VK, AANZ...• Following delivery progress for shipments under DDP, DAP term.• Checking debit note, local charge, freight and making suggest payment form send to Control, Accounting dept and following payment with forwarder.• Sending samples, creating AWB on system of DHL, UPS, Fedex.. to send goods to customer. • Solving troubles if any.* Interested candidates, please submit your application to:• Ms. Thu Tuyen - Human Resources Department by clicking the Apply button on Joboko• Or to the Human Resources Department at SCAVI Corporation's headquarters: No. 14, 19A Street - Bien Hoa II Industrial Zone - Dong Nai
