Reporting directly to the Ho Chi Minh based Logistics Manager, as a Logistics Administrator you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of our data records. Your primary responsibility is to input various types of data into our systems with speed and precision, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established protocols. Your duties include but are not limited to:
Sending data to our suppliers to ensure they can accurately submit commercial invoicesThoroughly reviewing all incoming commercial invoicesUpdating our records with details from the commercial invoicesUpdating internal files with logistical information for other departmentsPerform other various administrative tasks and projects within the scope of the role
