Market Analysis
Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new product development
Product Packaging
Build, develop, and execute strategies for new product introductions
Packaging the product and transfer to Commercial team
Supplier Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Negotiation to get the highest quality of service and cost-effectiveness
Pricing Strategy
Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining attractive to customers
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with other departments to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement of existing products
Support regular internal training
On-time Reporting

Yêu cầu

Degree & Experiences
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Business, Import-Export, or relevant major
At least 1-year working in the same position
Skills
Communication, Problem Solving, Job Planning, Time Management
Good command of English
Attitude
Supplier/Customer-oriented, strong attention to details, and structural thinking
Self-starter, proactive manner, and can-do mindset
