This position reports to: Procurement Specialist
Your role and responsibilities
Receiving mails and classifying documents before sending to customers, accountants, and forwarders
Preparing customers and vendors' code request
Checking bonds and billing group list
Supporting in reminding customers of due date
Handling non-trading shipment and packing carton for exports
Collecting signatures and stamps for relevant documents
Handling over goods and documents to customers located in HCMC
Qualifications for the role
Senior Students or fresh graduates holding University degrees in international business administration/ commerce or other related majors.
Accumulative GPA is minimum at 7.0/10 or 2.5/4.0
Good analytical and conceptual skills
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and computer literacy
