Position Title: Management Accountant
Reporting to: Finance Manager (Vietnam)
Direct Reports: N/A
Work Hours:
* Standard office hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus reasonable additional hours.
* Moose also provides flexible working options.

Role Objectives:
This key role within the finance team will work across the FP&A team, to deliver support with internal management reporting, variance analysis, support of stakeholder queries and business planning cycles (budgeting/forecasting). This position is best suited to an all-rounder who can hit the ground running. Intermediate to advanced excel skills are required to be successful in this role as well as someone capable of managing multiple stakeholders within agreed deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis
* Prepare monthly department/business unit performance reports for allocated stakeholder groups utilising EPM & JDE transactional data.
* Assist with transactional queries & reconciliations across stakeholder groups.
* Perform variance analysis and prepare commentary for communication to FP&A Business Partners.
* Assist with preparation and maintenance of marketing expense trackers.
* Assist with preparation of TLP reporting cycles (Brand level profitability).
* Assist the annual budgeting/forecasting process by rolling out templates for multiple business units (excel/EPM).
* Assist with budget/forecast loads and reporting.
* Month end responsibilities, including posting any adjustment journals, stakeholder queries, reconciliations and ad hoc analysis.
* Ad-hoc tasks as required.
