MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
With an aim to nurture our future leaders, the Vietnam
Management Associate Program is created to offer a fast-track career with
intense training for young Vietnamese talents to enhance their competencies and
partake in realistic & impactful projects.
As a Management Associate in this 2- year program, you will
be assigned to rotate among various teams within various company functions,
such as Property, Food and Non-Food. Each MA's program will be tailored to suit
their individual skills and professional goals. This will offer targeted
exposure to various career fields and global working experience.
What is it for you as an MA?
Unique opportunity to work in the largest foreign retailer
in Vietnam, rotating through different functions, and business units.
To learn and be coached by senior business leaders of the
group. International exposure with the 6-month rotation in various businesses
of Central group in Thailand.

Fresh graduates or
young professionals who have less than 3 years of working experience.

and resilient person with an entrepreneurial spirit and constant-learning
mindset.
Customer-oriented,
strong analytical and good project management skills. Interested in the retail
industry and serving our customers & community.
Good English
