The Management Trainee Program in Vietnam is a tailored training program in 24 months, targeting graduates and young professionals to prepare the next generation of leaders in Logistics 4.0.
Throughout the program, you'll immerse yourself in diverse departmental experiences, learning from industry stalwarts, and receiving unwavering support from both mentor and buddy.

Working location: Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong, Dong Nai
Development Roadmap
- Phase 1 (the first 12 months): focus on learning and working in 2 core departments Transport and Warehouse under Operations Department.
- Phase 2: (the last 12 months): depends on your career orientation, you will be assigned the role as Team Leader/Supervisor to provide additional knowledge, as well as leadership skill.

- Commercial: Business Development, Key Account Management & Solution Design
- Supporting functions: Operations Excellence
Timeline:
- Application: effective from TODAY until June 23, 2024
- Online Assessment: June 2024
- Initial Interview with HR and Operations: July 2024
- Panel Interview with BODs: August 2024
- Meeting with Managing Director: August 2024
- Results notification: August 2024
- On-boarding: September 2024 (Tentative)

- Graduated in 2023 or 2024 with less than 01 year of working experience
- GPA 7.0/10 or equivalent
- Passion or career orientation in supply chain/logistics industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Being proactive with ownership to go beyond expectation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented with attention to detail and quality
- Teamwork spirit, having and creating trust
- Planning and organization skills, focusing on clear priorities
- Learning agility and a "can-do" attitude
- Positive mindset towards uncertainty, challenges and change
- Advanced English
