Report to: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
1/ Assist Marketing Head to execute all brand/ sectors tracking reports, Competitor report, SP&A & T&E:
• Coordinate with Sector Manager to ensure high accuracy in SP&A / T&E accrual, actual spending by month vs. Plan, vs. LE
• Leading the Marketing Calendar & WIP monthly report to GM.
• Be the champion of Hive9 system from Marketing team to work closely with Global project & Local Finance team
• Support Marketing Head in managing daily/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual operational activities (such as: team engagement / celebration/ people annual leave plan etc..)
• Coordinate with sector manager for the monthly sector business performance or competitor update.
• Closely work with GKF for the research report (quarterly, haft year cycle)
• Support administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, meeting minute, manage hard-copy documents, leaflet, brochure storage in office.
• Other tasks assigned per business situation
2/ Support & coordinate with Trade Marketing Manager to deliver tasks related to BTL activities or commercial program, incl. but not limited to:
Execute and monitor trade marketing promotions:
Assist Trade Marketing manager in executing and monitoring BTL campaigns, including workshop activation, public activation, seminar, mechanic competition, which may require frequent local travel
Manage POSM
Payment to Vendor/ Supplier
Qualifications
• Sincere, Proactive, Good sense of details, digital savvy
• Passion in working with numbers and finding the data insight
• Desire to work in creative Marketing world.
• Good communication skill (VNE & ENG), problem solving skill
• Rigorous in execution/process control
• Fluency in using Microsoft tools, esp. an Excel guru, if can use Power BI i is also an advantage
• Education or Experience Background: Finance, biz management or internal biz management, Trade Marketing
• Open to fresh graduator with internship experience in MNC or local big corp.
