* Key Responsibilities:
1/ Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and growth targets.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
2/ Brand Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands, managing relationships with brand owners and ensuring alignment with their goals.
- Develop and execute marketing and trade planning strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Oversee the creation of sales and marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the marketing and trade planning activities across different sales channels and customers. Summarize key learnings for suggested improvements for future campaigns.
- Manage marketing and trade planning budget allocation, budget utilization, and budget reallocation across different sales channels to optimize the effectiveness of marketing and trade planning campaigns.
3/ Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing brand owners, customers, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and engage potential new brand owners, customers, and partners to expand the business network.
- Manage communications and negotiations with brand owners, customers, and partners to secure new deals and partnerships.
4/ Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales activities by developing and executing strategies to increase market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on progress and results with suggested action plans to close performance gaps.
- Collaborate with brand owners and sales teams to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.
5/ Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for product shipments, including quality control and inspection.
- Work closely with the import team to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shipment process.
6/ Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
- Work closely with brand owners, customers, and partners to achieve company objectives and growth targets.

* Qualifications:
1/ Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
2/ Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in business development, brand management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development initiatives.
- Experience working with international brands is highly desirable.
3/ Skills and Abilities:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the retail and distribution industry.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
