RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with the marketing outsourcing team to communicate requirements, generate ideas, and provide necessary marketing resources, including relevant information and documents for campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the team to consistently update the content of multiple websites.
• Handle translation, article writing, typing, and proofreading tasks.
• Manage and update social media and the website, ensuring smooth operations (including following up on monthly content such as articles and podcasts).
• Assist in organizing legal seminars, vendor meetings, and researching conferences and organizations to support business development.
• Liaise with external organizations to market the firm's content.
• Prepare design materials that align with the firm's brand.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.
