 Responsible for the marketing communication, more on PR & Event projects.
 Assist line manager in the development and implement an appropriate brand and communication activities which is aligned with the Company's strategic directions and meeting the regulatory requirements.
 70% execution + 30% direction approach and planning.
The main tasks and responsibilities include but not limit to:
1. Assist line manager on the development plan & implementation for Branding and Communication- Marketing campaigns/ projects (both internal and external communication projects)
+ Execution (70%): Initiating and implementing Event & PR projects/ campaigns.
Be in-charge content marketing including direction/ angle development, writing execution and management.
+ Planning (30%): Planning proposal for Marketing campaigns to support the departmental goals
+ Type of works: including Corporate, Sales support (Agency MKT), crisis management, Product launch, Customer experience campaigns.
2. Project Management: Coordinating with cross-functions and third parties to ensure work results that are delivered in good quality; in a timely manner and within budget.
3. Others:
+ Basic digital and social competency.
+ Understand consumer behavior and engagement patterns with brand messaging. Propose initiatives to help enhance sales & customers including testimonial articles, customer's story, claim activities ...
+ Maintain up to date knowledge of Life insurance industry and on competitor's activities to help with sales ideas, overcoming objections and product positioning.
+ Being responsible for other projects as assigned by line manager.
