Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate journalist familiarizations/visiting journalist programs and site inspections as required.
- Attend marketing meetings/regional sales and marketing monthly conference calls and other meeting
according on request.
- Coordinate with outside creative agencies (if without internal graphic designer) on the design and
implementation of marketing collaterals and property stationary to ensure that the brand representation
item, such as logo, is properly designed represented.
- Prepare administration documents required for marketing (i.e.: internet listings, advertising, booking of
directory advertising).
- Co-ordinate hotel photography shoots/talent where required, within budget.
- Assist with hotel promotions (i.e.: seasonal sales promotions and special events).
- Co-ordinate generic Wyndham merchandise and hotel brand.
- Co-ordinate hotel brand standards collateral.
- Proof read copy of advertising, collateral and press releases where appropriate.
- Adhere to brand and graphic standards
- Develop and implement public relations and Marketing Communications program for the hotel based on
its marketing goals, target markets, and target consumers and the understanding of the comp set.
- Develop, cultivate and maintain media relations, plans press conferences and other press activities. Acts
as hotel's liaison with media to promote good publicity and manages any crisis
- Develop and organize promotional activities, coordinate with departments concerned; invite VIPs and
media to promotional activities; prepare and issue press releases.
- Monitor and respond to clients and media complaints, requests, and inquiries and coordinates handling
with departments concerned. Manages the content on Social Media channels (if applicable) and responds
in a timely and positive manner. Alert other related departments or superior in case anything serious
which requests immediate actions.
- Develop and maintain hotel brochures, gifts and giveaways.
- Build profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place.

- Monitor awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies.

Yêu cầu
- Graduated from Vocational/College/University, preferably in Hospitality major or related field.
- Relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences, preferably experience in international 4-5 star hotel/resort.
