JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Task: Help Un-Available build our brand and raise brand awareness. He/She works across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to clients, suppliers and other related vendors along with internal teams to align with company vision and targets.
Understand UA's company, our values, our mission, our goals and align them with the industry
Understand our brands, clients and their needs
Work directly with Client team to implement key marketing tools such as the Innovation Box, Booklets, Posters, Newsletter
Evolve, execute and maintain our new branding across the company, ensuring logos, slogans, and company property are used effectively. The overall look and feel of the company is upheld.
Research, strategize marketing materials to maintain and update website, social media and other relevant platforms.
Create content and / or briefs for Graphic Designer
Managing internal communication through templates, forms, presentations and other related documents
Conducting customer and market research to define target markets, opportunities to understand product and services
Responsible for selecting and managing the agencies, for marketing support
Overall responsibility for the [UA] brand as a whole
Collaborate closely with HR & Sustainable teams for internal/external branding/communication campaigns
JOB REQUIREMENT
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key personnel within Un-Available and Un-Available's customer network.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with a team and in a multi-cultural environment
Skills at Adobe/ Photoshop / Illustrator / In-design preferable
Know and be well versed in social media channels / IG / Facebook / twitter
Ability to source, brief and execute the creation of marketing material whether video or other forms of media with 3rd party contractors as and where necessary.

. Probation time: 2 months
. Working time: Mon-Fri; 8AM - 5PM
. Expenses: Lunch fee; mobile phone allowance.
. Social Insurance: as Social Insurance Law after the probation period (100% Full salary)
. Insurance 24/7 after Probation
. Public Holidays: As Vietnam Labor Law
