Mô tả công việc
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty across all restaurant brands.
- Lead the marketing team in ideating and executing creative campaigns, promotions, and events that align with our brand positioning and business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, content creation, and email marketing to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, and partners, to optimize marketing partnerships and collaborations.
- Oversee the development and production of marketing collateral, including menus, signage, and promotional materials, ensuring consistent branding across various channels.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics, analytics tools, and customer feedback, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, marketing innovations, and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge and ahead of the competition.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture within the department.

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager and 5 years working in the marketing industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and trends, with a track record of successful marketing campaign implementation and execution.
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and email campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive insights and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build, lead and inspire a team.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and solve complex problems.
- Deadline-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and web analytics platforms.
- A passion for the restaurant industry
