Mô tả công việc
• Develop and iterate designs across multiple digital formats and advertising mediums.
• Conceptualize and transform ideas into compelling visual narratives, from storyboard to final execution.
• Produce high-quality mockups and animated videos swiftly based on project briefs.
• Collaborate extensively with internal teams and external vendors, including photographers and digital imaging specialists, to meet design objectives.
• Present creative concepts and detailed designs to both the internal team and clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations.
• Uphold excellent design standards and ensure only top-quality work is delivered to clients.
• Engage in active collaboration, welcoming constructive feedback to refine designs.
• Independently manage multiple design projects, ensuring each meets set timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Craft flawless presentations and detailed design mockups for review and implementation.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Motion Graphics, Graphic Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital and motion graphics within an agency setting.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD or Sketch.
• Exceptional ability to communicate in English and articulate design concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative solutions to business challenges through impactful design.
• Passion for digital trends and technologies with an understanding of the digital design landscape.
• Excellent time management, motivation, and detail orientation.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-sufficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Capacity to meet tight deadlines and proactively anticipate project needs.
• Skills in hand drawing to enhance digital designs, considered a significant plus.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital and motion graphics within an agency setting.
