The R&D Specialist is tasked with conducting research, analyzing data, and developing the way of approaching Target Audience. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to market and continuously improve existing products.
Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.
Data Collection and Analysis: Analyze data from experiments and trials, interpret results, and draw conclusions to guide product development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sale, Marketing, and other teams to ensure the performance is in-line.
Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes and conduct metrics layer to define target approaching method.
Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including research reports, technical specifications, and user manuals.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving current products and processes, and recommend enhancements.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
