JOB DESCRIPTION
The Gig
We're looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in crafting compelling marketing materials that showcase our clients' expertise and establish them as thought leaders in their industries. This is a full time remote role.
Responsibilities
Research, interview our clients to gather information and understand their unique stories and areas of expertise.
Translate complex B2B information (gather through research, client interview) into clear, concise, and engaging content that gets people say "Wow, that's cool, I have to save it!"
Design and create visually appealing infographics, social media creatives and other marketing assets.
Edit video footage and create compelling thumbnails that stop the scroll on social media.
Work collaboratively with the Founders to develop and execute content strategies aligned with client goals.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best "creator" practices.
Track and analyze content performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Qualifications:
You can translate complex information, data and insights into engaging visuals and infographics.
You understand B2B marketing principles and thought leadership strategies through visual communication.
You use design tools, video editing tools and softwares like a pro (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut, FinalCut - whatever works for you)
Curiosity to question, challenge and optimize existing work processes (using AI tools or different approaches) to make your work days easier.
Solo work, Team work with strong time management and abilities to manage multiple project at once
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality content
Creator knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn, X...
Proficient English communication (this is a client-facing role)
