Mô tả công việc
- Support Chefs as much as they need.
- Following the posted schedule and report at the workstation on time.
- Following set up and break down procedure that was set by the kitchen management.
- Maintaining good quality and presentations by follow the use record and recipes.
- Following safety and energy conservation procedures.
- Reporting any hazard condition to the supervisor or the manager.
- Maintaining food safety & protection.
- All food in working areas should be in compliance with food handling techniques, to include dating, proper storage, rotation etc.
- Maintain the basic food safety and sanitation in accordance with the company policies.
- Completing all standard, checklist correctly at all required times
- Assisting attendant to complete the assigned tasks.
- Being able to operate kitchen equipment.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Providing caring, friendly, exceptional and professional service from the eart. Every guest will have the feeling of personally being cared for which will create memorable and life-long lasting guest experience.
* ADMINISTRATIVE & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to the other shift for follow up.
- Assemble reports/records/checklist related to the department operation.
- Perform other administrative documentation as requested
- Be proactive in self-setting specific goals to develop in professional career.
- Participate to orientation programs & training courses organized by the department or the hotel management.

Yêu cầu
* REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL/ QUALIFICATION
- Elementary vocational certificate in culinary
- Good inter-personality and creative skills
- English communication skill is preferred
- The Hotel requires that you perform any task deemed necessary by the Management for the efficient running of the (department) operation and the Hotel in general.
