Definition of Department and Function: Marketing & Communications - is responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans and marketing initiatives to promote the company's products, services, and brand image. This department plays a crucial role in effectively conveying the organization's messaging to target audiences and maintaining consistent and impactful communication across various channels.
Position Objective: Paperwork, Budgeting and content support Admin
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contract and payment administration
Working with team members and relevant functions (Legal - Compliance - General Administration) to prepare all documents for service contracts and payment documents
Ensuring timing for paperwork process in compliance with company policies and processing payments in a timely manner.
Department Budget Reporting & management to update for MKT head and Finance Department
Mailing and Reporting
Receiving, preparing, and processing incoming mail/letters.
Assisting the team in the acquisition of materials, supplies, and samples.
Keeping complete and accurate records of purchase orders, Spending report, delivery confirmations, invoices, payment receipts, etc.
Supporting team in meeting minutes and routine reports & documentation
Content Support admin / MKT project execution admin
Supporting update final approved/ periodical content on own digital platforms of CLVN (Website, ecard) based on request of MKT head or project leaders.
Support project logistics management/ admin management for MKT project if needed (CSR, public events, media events, etc.)
Other administration tasks
Handling relevant office administration duties to serve for business purposes of team,
