JOB DESCRIPTION
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Function is an Accountant including but not limited to internal and external reporting.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Issue invoices and collect payments from customers.
Verify payment documents according to regulations.
Plan debt payments to suppliers as agreed upon.
Make payment orders to suppliers
Record accounting transactions generated into the accounting software.
Process, record, and verify accounting transactions.
Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are posting
Assist reparation of monthly/yearly closings and financial statements
Assist PIT, VAT, WHT reports
REQUIREMENTS
JOB SPECIFICATION
Heath in good condition
Experienced in Accounting at least 1 year.
Bachelor degree in Accounting
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, technical accounting skills
Male or female, from 22-30 years old
English skill (speaking, listening and writing)
Excel skill, familiar with computer related basic skills
Initiative & team work
Careful, integrity, and hard-working, attention to detail and accuracy
