What we're looking for
At Plenty, we hire for potential. We're looking for intelligent and driven new grads to join our research + sourcing team. Our Researchers play a critical role in helping our clients hire top executives, making them a vital part of our success. It's a challenging role with a lot of learning opportunities and a direct impact on the success of top startups.
This job is fully remote and can be done anywhere worldwide. You'll need to be available for meetings between 8 am - 12 pm EST or 5 pm - 9 pm EST 2-3 times a week. What you will do:
As a researcher, you'll get to work closely with business managers, executive recruiters and partners to:
Understand the candidate profiles our clients are looking for
Create search strategies that will attract top executives
Research, map markets and source ideal candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and others
Build talent networks in certain functions/industries
Provide insights to leadership through your research on companies, industries, and talent pools
Practice, develop, and hone skills critical to a successful search
Who you are:
We'll provide structured training on executive search while giving you in-depth exposure to the world of startups and venture capital. Here's what you need to bring:
You have a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
You have experience and/or an interest in business, startups, and venture capital
You are someone who expects and seeks feedback to continuously improve and develop
You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently
You are organized, with a strong work ethic and excellent judgment
You have relentlessly high standards for the work you do and the people you work with
