JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Front-End Web Developer will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our recruiting software solutions. This position requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in front-end web technologies and a passion for creating seamless, user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our Product Development and Product Design teams to rapidly deliver functional and visually appealing websites.
Upon joining the team, your responsibilities will include:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive front-end features for our platform using ReactJS, NextJS, Redux, TypeScript, and HTML.
Work closely with the Product Development and Product Design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement iterative development practices, continuously delivering improvements and new functionalities.
Independently research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development and AI technologies, incorporating them into our platform to enhance coding efficiency and product functionality.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, adhering to best coding practices.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high performance and reliability across multiple browsers and devices.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end web development.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, Redux, TypeScript.
Proficiency with TailWindCSS, HTML, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap 5, etc is a plus;
Proven track record of developing responsive web applications and working with cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of web design principles and a keen eye for detail.
Experience with modern development tools and practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git), automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to research and implement new technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to sharing knowledge and contributing to team success.
Fluency in English is a plus.

The Senior Backend Engineer will play a crucial role in evolving and scaling our recruiting software solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in backend development and a passion for building robust, scalable web applications. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with our Web Developers, Product Development, and Product Design teams to ensure our backend architecture supports the rapid deployment of new features.
Upon joining the team, your responsibilities will include:
Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code using [protected info], Golang, and Python.
Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
Develop and maintain APIs to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of our applications.
Lead the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic, ensuring optimal performance.
Implement security and data protection measures, managing the storage and handling of sensitive user data.
Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to optimize development processes and enhance product capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking candidates who possess:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record in [protected info], Golang, and Python.
Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
Deep expertise in data modeling, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
Deep expertise in design pattern, microservices and development principle.
Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to research and apply new technologies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Fluency in English is a plus.
