Directly connected to the James L. Knight Center, Hyatt Regency Miami provides a dedicated and experienced team ready to make your next event a success. Our downtown Miami hotel offers more than 100,000 square feet of event space that can accommodate a variety of occasions.
Event servers are responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet functions. They make sure the meeting space is visually appealing and present the menu offering for the event. This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Other duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
