Job Description
Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Business Operations Intern. The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities:
Deliver strategic projects for our leadership that help drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company;
Conduct in-depth stakeholder research, including but not limited to customers, competitors, intermediaries, etc. and develop a deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities;
Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans;
Create, maintain product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements & ensure company-wide alignment ;
Participate in collecting customer feedback, communicating, and interviewing Homebase's customers and partners;
Participate in other departments' operation processes and ensure the operations run smoothly and effectively;
Support in building and operating both individual department' and the company's processes;
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments;
Create and present weekly or monthly internal and external reports;
Perform seasonal tasks and projects; join in large projects in need of manpower along with other departments;

Prior experience working in management consulting/ strategy planning/ marketing/ product management/ growth;

Highly analytical: You're analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real-world business problems, ideally building/using advanced models.
Concise and effective communications: You're able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in written and oral English and Vietnamese
