Role Description
This position will belong to the Marketing Department and reports to General Director and Business Development Director.
Responsibilities
Event-related tasks categorized by the different stages of the event:
Event Planning: events objectives and goals definition; preparation of Events materials; arrangement of contents according to the events' plans; coordination of logistics on the events
Event organization: Events Facilitation at On-Site; Events operation (setup PPT, remote calls, take note, etc.)
Post Event: meeting minutes / meeting report creation, creation of Event surveys and analyze the results
Common tasks:
Facilitation of internal regular meetings with respective members
Overall schedule and issue management
General administrative tasks (document management, email group management, etc.)
Community member management (create and send invitations, attendance confirmation, follow-ups, etc.)
Other tasks when requested
Requirements
Skill requirements:
Project management office (PMO) experience
External Documentation and Reporting experience (PPT & Word)
Event Planning / Coordination / Facilitation experience
Language requirements:
Business Level English (Mandatory)
Vietnamese (Preferable)
Location
The working location is flexible, allowing for remote work as needed. However, on-site trips to locations will be required.
