I. Roles and Responsibilities
Handle full import process for Ocean freight shipment with all term included manage door delivery activities based on SEKO process and timeliness.
Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships.
Resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company requirements and customer's standard operating procedure.
Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met
Other work arranged by direct supervisor or manager.
Cargo Wise One system knowledge and data analysist is preferred.
II. Education and Experience requirements
Good command of written and spoken English and VN.
Growth mindset/ adapt to change
Have exxperience in handle medium to big operation import, 300-500 cont/month
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge & good experience in handling Ocean freight shipments, customs and inland transport is an advantage.
Be a good team player and able to work under pressure.
1-3 years of customer services / operation experience in freight forwarding industry.
Responsible, pro-active and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree or above

Excellent communication skill in both VN and English, responsible, active.
Good PC skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
